How do I book a cleaning service?
You can request a quote through our website, call or WhatsApp us, or send an email. We’ll ask a few quick questions about your property and needs, then confirm a scope and schedule that works for you.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our teams arrive fully equipped with the products, tools and equipment needed for the job. If you have specific product preferences or restrictions, let us know when you book and we’ll accommodate them.
Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?
We can use eco-friendly and low-chemical products on request, particularly useful for homes with children, pets, or anyone sensitive to strong cleaning agents. Mention this when requesting a quote so we can plan accordingly.
Can I book a one-off clean, or only recurring contracts?
Both. We handle one-off and occasional cleans as well as ongoing daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly contracts. Many clients start with a one-off deep clean before moving to a recurring schedule.
How is pricing worked out?
Pricing depends on property size and type, the scope of work, frequency, and any specialised requirements. We provide a clear quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
